Growing is a part of life. However, sometimes it becomes effortless to stop growing and become stagnant. Everyone has dreams and desires, but it's up to you to make your dreams become a reality. With today's instant access to gratification, getting lost in social media and self-diagnosed mental health issues is more accessible. Once you reach a particular stage in your life, all that is left for you to grow is your mind. Expand your experiences and learn about different ways of living and maybe even try some things you know.
My inspiration for writing this book came from a big realization and seeing my friends become stagnant. It's hard to be growing in life constantly, but it is possible; all you need is the right ideas to use as reliable tools. You could spend your money on things at the mall or a convenience store or spend your money on the knowledge that you will carry with you for the rest of your life.
There is always room to grow, and the Beginner's Guide to Self-Growth is the perfect place to start.
