One of the best books on how to astral travel that one should read over and over again to allow the words to assimilate in their heart and mind.

Spirituality and Astral Projection - a great match

I have been researching astral projection for a long time, searching for methods to accomplish it and not having much luck. I have associated meditation with it but hadn't thought of taking it in a spiritual direction. This book provided some underpinning I find interesting and potentially useful, especially if it can help me attain the clarity of experience that the author has had - I think the focus on mentality will prove good to rejuvenate my practice.
