Well written and easy to follow

The information was about the same as other books on this topic and written in an easy to follow text.

So much great information! Loved it. Such a good quality product you just can't beat it.

just okay-- didn't really feel meaningful help

lots of words for "it'll be okay/ you'll be safe" and a few basic methods with no guided talk on them. Imagine a rope and pull yourself up.

Could be just me or there's limited amount to say but felt very wordy without putting me any closer to AP.
