His faith in higher thinking skills and intelligence, as well as hard work, put him to the position he is today. Gates never believed in mere luck or even the grace of god, but just competitiveness and hard work. Bill Gates' Microsoft is an excellent competition to other kinds of software companies out there, and he for sure continues to challenge the competition.

The writing is bad, some of the facts are wrong, the assertions are overly broad and much of the advice is overly simplistic. On top of this, the narration sounds robotic and uninspired.
