oh my god!!!!

If I could punch a book in the face I would. I loved it but how could they just end it like that? just wrong oh so wrong.

interesting story but hard to digest

This book was interesting to say the least, Blaire is a young women who is a hacker and trained assassin/body guard for Maksim the man who "bought" her when she was a child. He beats and molests her, brainwashing her into obeying his every command, when she meets Charlie her conditioning cant change her reactions towards him or the feelings she develops, through a plot twist Charlie ends up gaining "ownership" of her for 3 months. during that time he tries to show her a world where she is free to live how she wants. The story line is crazy, I mean when you get down to it Maksim completely ruined her and it's absolutely heart wrenching listening to her truly believe there is no other life for her. It's hard to listen to to be honest, it's so frustrating that she won't leave maksim, and I had to constantly remind myself of the programming her brain had been through. I've read mixed reviews and havent decided if I will read part 2. I'm goona wait till my next credit and see how I feel!

OMG

I cannot describes the turmoil I went through with this book. So much heartaches but the end HEA. It’s worth listening to and the narrator was GREAT❤️

Great story

The story was great but the narrator was awkward. Her Spanish was off and her Russian accent was strange too. The story was great though.

Great Plot!!!-real heat in this book

LOVED the storyline. hated the heroine's decisions.... most of them... Her decisions here cringeworthy, but loved the romance portions of this book :)

Blair and Charlie

This is deliriously dark, the characters are each and every one of them violent bad guys. So why do I wish them well? That is the genius of Anita Gray, word master. The performance by Shirl Rae is quite good, she even employs that teeny tiny touch of a Russian accent for her characterization of Blair so subtly.

Even better in audio

I loved Blaire as a print story, I adore it as an audible book. The narration is done very well and it just drips with sexy and honesty, especially in the more tense and difficult scenes. I love this and can't wait to hear part 2 in audible!

Freaking FANTASTIC

I was not sure even reading the reviews and even starting the first couple of minutes but after that I was sucked right in like every one else and am so sad I dont have any more to listen to it's not fair! Come on and release book 2 and hopefully more and more of their story!!!

Action Packed

Amazing! It had me on the edge of my seat. I loved the performance. This book has it all. It was detailed, it had in depth characters, the sex was mind blowing. Good grief, I had to put it down to smoke a cigarette after each session!!! I read part 2 as well and if you are searching for your next good dark romance read I assure you this will not disappoint you and unfortunately may make you become a smoker too.

One of the best books!

I have been listening to several books along the same type of genre and this is the first book I have read that I feel like really deserved a review! It was amazing! Full of twists and turns! I love Blaire and Charlie! Amazing, I cried, I laughed, I listened to the book in whole over two days and couldn’t stop. I highly recommend this book and can’t wait to read the rest of the series!!
