Legit, this changed my life
I listened to this book every night for a month and became a different person. I’m more present, significantly less anxious and am overall an actually happy person.
When I have a bad day and/or have trouble sleeping, I list to it and have a fresh start for the day.
I highly recommend this for someone with chronic negative thoughts and anxiety.
