Need a soothing voice to go to sleep

I wished I had read that the audio was not the author. The narrator's voice is not soothing at all and as much as I try, I cannot go to sleep or even be in a state of calmness. Advice to others: make sure you listen to the sample before you buy.

Great for sleep

I've listened to Rachael Meddows for years to help me sleep. She helped me quit smoking and get more organized. I think she has the best voice and speech patterns in guided meditation./hypnotherapy. I like the variety of inductions and the instruction/affirmation content. This is guided meditation/ hypnotherapy. If you're looking for a how to book this is not it. This will help you sleep and improve your mindset if you let it.

Better

I have listened to other Sleep hypnosis books Joel Thielke and have found myself disappointed until today. The performance was excellent. And the ending wasn't extremely loud like in other sleep hypnosis book.

If this tour first sleep hypnosis book let me give you some heads up. The first time you listen to any new audio book you will,most likely not be able to sleep through the night because you are not use to the story or the speakers voice. The forth or fifth night will be better and with in two weeks you will sleep the whole night and wake up refreshed. It will take about 90 days for you to notice the results of the sleep hypothesis book.

Great sleep hypnosis

This particular sleep hypnosis has been a lifesaver, For whatever reason it works better to put me to sleep and it stabilizes my mood even when I didn’t get enough sleep better than any other sleep hypnosis I’ve tried. And yes my memory, focus are better too when I use this hypnosis. I highly recommend giving it a try.

her narrative wakes me up several times

I had to wake up and pause it as I was being awoken one too many times with her sudden narrative after some soothing sounds. I will try again but it really disturbed my sleep

Good stuff

I enjoy the breathing, visuals, and music - and the voice is good. Easy to fall asleep to. My only personal preference is for there to be more body scan meditation.

It does help you relax

I am never sure stuff like this works for its stated purposes. what I can say is it's relaxing and enjoyable to go to sleep to at night

Great way to fall asleep on tough nights.

I'm a ruminator, constantly running over my own negative thoughts over and over and over. This helps me focus and calm my mind allowing me to drift off to sleep.
