Good consolidation of basic information.

I have listened to enough guys on YouTube to know that this is good information. I am a novice so take this with a grain of salt, but one thing that was said that I would have emphasized that might have been stated incorrectly in this book is that if you have sugar to burn, your body will burn it before any fat storage and that carbs convert to sugar if not used. Overall, very good information.

Annoying Narration

No thank you - the narrator’s intonations and word exaggeration and pronouncements drove me mad. There are other audiobooks that are a lot better.

Could have been a one page pamphlet

This was 4 hours of obvious statements. There is no real content or new information. Don’t waste your time on this book.
