Even when making all the educational resources available to them, some of them still came back worse than before. I found that consistent teamwork with the patient was a game changer.
Consider the information in this book as teaming up with you for extra support. This book not only provides basic lessons on diabetes and treatment, but also provides common sense application of the knowledge. I would have achieved the goal of helping people control the disease of diabetes, be it Type One or Type Two, if they applied even one piece of information in this book.
Diabetes does not have to control you, you should control it. It is my hope that this book will help you do that.
