Spoke to me

I mean this is me in a nutshell. I do well for a few days, an event pops up and there goes the diet. Then the thought of well, when am I going to get back on the wagon. Vicious cycle. This was a quick audiobook giving great advice on working through things like that and ways to think differently and help with the hurdles.

Wonderful!

This curiously named book is worth every penny you spend on it, The advice is straightforward and the book is short enough that you can take the information in in one sitting - you'll need longer to practice it though. I found the book to be able to get to the heart of the matter without being condescending or judgmental and that's what makes this book even more special.

Just what I need to reinforce my commitment to we

As a lifetime "loser" I've gone so many ways of losing weight and tried so many diets and been yo-yo-ing for many years. But always seemed to be bouncing back to weight gain and losing control instead of weight. This book outlines the weight loss simple principles very clearly and in a friendly manner. The author went through this herself and found ways to keep a healthy lifestyle and control her weight naturally. I like her approach, for example, using the word "indulge" instead of "cheat". It feels positive and rewarding instead of guilty. Sharing these principles is invaluable to people like me who've been struggling with weight loss and gain for years.

A great guide!

I really like the lightest of this book, unlike your usual dieting book Diet Starts Today (or Tomorrow?) makes you feel confident and empowered. It is a quick and easy listen; it gives you great advice and recommendation. Those are easy to implement into our daily life and routine, dieting has never seen so easy. After listing to this book, I’m motivated to try again and this time to stick to my diet. I loved it and would recommend it to anyone.
