Worked well for me.

I'm a beginner, so this book and all the notes have worked well for me, recommend to all beginners easy to listen understand and follow.

Interesting Concepts

I really enjoyed the book. I would have enjoyed it more with the stories of the dreams intermixed instead of all at the end in the appendix though.

This book helped me lucid dream and open my eyes to reality.

I listened to this book a lot. It inspired me and showed me that lucid dreaming is possible. It opened my eyes to reality, and I had a lucid view of things. My future is up to me. In fact, I had my first lucid dream (hopefully there will be many more to come) while listening to the book. I am just a kid, but “Dreams of Awakening” will leave its mark on me throughout my life. Thank you for writing this book, Charlie Morley. And thank you for following your dreams. (;

they left the appendix of dreams at the end, would've liked to have heard it during the audiobook. but very good insightful material

Helpful for people starting lucid dreams!

The parts on Hypnagogic helped me a lot! I have been experiening that but never found out what it was all about.

I am dreaming blissfully.

I have been doing lucid dreaming for over 25 years and I never once knew that we can meditate which is like a fast track to meditation levels, or learn to meet our higher self Or my favorite is healing our body in lucid dreaming. I will never waste another lucid dream again this book was eye opening and I love the narrator as well. I highly recommend this book whether you're a novice or in pro her so much she had to be learned.

Essential Lucid Dreaming Book For Mě

I bought a hard copy of the book at first, but as I seem to be primarily auditive, the audio version of the book seems to be more working with me.

TAking into account that I went through a couple of Charlie's workshops on lucid dreaming I am used to his voice which works very effectively with me while listening to the audiobook and I take as a bitů advantage for me he read the book for the record himself.
