Learning to be smart about sugar

This audiobook was really eye opening for me and got me to think about many of my food and drink choices. I understand to try and avoid the really bad stuff (regular sodas etc.) To hear how sugar is snuck into just about everything we eat, and how it can adversely affect our health is really shocking.

I thought the chapters on holistic health strategies and eating and making better choices was great. We can make small changes on a daily basis that add up to big health improvements. Listen to this one for even small, incremental changes in your life and health.
