not bad
I like it but could have used with out the music and added noise. it makes it hard to listen to and follow the music and sound effects are to much and to loud almost ruins the first book.

Horus Heresy Book 1-3 and THIS
The first three books in the HH series were by far my favorite and set the tone for the Warhammer 40k for me. Amongst the newer additions to the audible collection, this one is probably the best. Great voice acting, great production and excellent story-weaving.

Well done
It seems that all of the bad reviews are from people who don't know what an "audio drama" is. This is not an audiobook. There is a cast, and acting, and sound effects. Know this going in and decide whether that is what you want beforehand rather than making an uninformed purchase.
Personally, I think it's a very good audio drama.
