Powerful

Highly recommended

I never realized that journaling could bring inner peace to a child until I was introduced to this book. Now I agree with the idea that journaling is an excellent complementary tool for healing the inner child. Journaling helps you become more self-aware, grow, and gain more meaningful insights. Journaling is considered to be one of the best self-improvement tools. This is a book that contains a wealth of content from which not only my children, but I can also draw guidance on rebirth meditation. This book is applicable to family members of all ages and is highly recommended.

Wonderful and comprehensive guide

I found the bundle to be incredibly helpful and informative. Ramsey provides a clear and concise explanation of the inner child and how to heal it. Listening will be healing alone!

When I first got this book, I thought it was going to be telling me how to heal my inner child. But, instead, it holds your hand through the process - experiencing rebirth, overcoming limiting beliefs, and boundaries.

Working through the meditation, I appreciate the sounds and the physical guidance (breathing, posture, relaxing shoulders). And then, the mental exercise, including imagining a light that grows and then is you. This stuff fills me with peace and helps me take up a more loving posture toward myself and what I am capable of.

I really liked the journal questions — gentle and kind, but also direct and examining. It covers a whole gambit from your wounded child to your parents to your partner. I recommend this for anyone who wants to grow and heal and experience peace.

Very relaxing and inspiring

This collection in total provides a really nice balance between tranquil thinking and meaningful reflection. The guided meditation is incredibly relaxing and the guided prompts are accompanied by extremely soothing music that immediately puts you into a mindset of stillness. There are long periods without speaking, which I found to be really helpful. The prompts are intermittent, which gives you a decent amount of time to think about how they apply to you and how they make you feel before you get another one. I appreciated the pacing of this book.

Powerful Combo

This is an excellent compilation of books. You get the main book: Setting and Maintaining Boundaries. This is the largest on setting the foundation for learning the "what" and "how to". Once you have that Caldwell offers 2 additional tools to really dive in and do the work to healing. The mediation section is beautifully done and extremely beneficial. Followed up by the journal prompts...this is the hardest one for me to get into simply because it takes a conscious effort. But the book explains how important this is and I am going to keep working on it!

Breaking through limitations

Going through life we always wonder what makes people succeed and what fails and it all comes down to beliefs; most importantly limiting or beneficial beliefs. I never realized I had such traumas growing up and didn't know how to explain it with my parents though they did their best to nurture us through challenging environment. Journaling is a great idea as you can track everything that you do. This is basically reprogramming yourself and beneficial for all who would like a second start. It's a bit lengthy but full of neurological info that need to be addressed. Narrator did a great job, easy listening.
