Getting to the heart of your relationship with yourself
Don’t be scared to dig deep. This book will challenge you to examine your life, habits, and relationships around your self care. Carly masterfully digs deep. It was ok
There was good information in this book but unfortunately a lot of bias. It is clear the author leans toward a gluten free, low carb/no carb, sugar free diet. And forget being vegan or vegetarian. I appreciated the author’s honesty and stories about her own experiences. While I didn’t agree with everything and found myself rolling my eyes at certain points, I will say the author is relatable. Mostly I let it play in the background and was glad it was a freebie.
