Love it
This book's content is specifically designed for ladies over 50 who want to fast. You may actually apply the knowledge in this book to make positive changes to your body. I adore that it addresses how to have the correct mindset. The article "The 5 shocking keys to success" was also really good. Women over 50 that I know who wish to get fit should know about it, I think. I thought the audiobook was really clear and well-structured.

Great way to reset your mind on nutrition
While I'm not exactly in the target audience for this book, my mother (who is in her 50s) has been living with me and has expressed the want to make dietary changes to improve her health. I know that the challenge of adapting to her body's changing needs has felt overwhelming. We listened to this together, and it really lays out the steps in a way that is easy to understand and follow. Intermittent fasting was new for both of us, so learning about the right foods to eat while fasting and how to integrate exercises into our routines was greatly needed. It's been awesome kind of resetting our minds on nutrition and we've actually both felt and seen real results! The narration is engaging and encouraging :)

Much needed information!
I went through menopause with so much anxiety and stressed. Can’t deal with families, friends, colleagues. It could have been much better if I had this book, to help me understand and do these exercises, techniques here to relieve all those stress. Anyone going through menopause should read this!

This audiobook was an absolute delight! As a registered nurse, I've always had a natural inclination to learn and adopt habits that promote a healthier lifestyle, aiming for a future with fewer health issues and a longer life. I love this
It's a great audiobook that does a really nice job of breaking down intermittent fasting as it relates to women over 50. I found the audiobook to be very well-organized and easy to understand. The author breaks it down into 5 main steps and explains them very well, and it seems quite manageable. I am excited to start this and get going and feel better in my own skin!
