This book filled in so many gaps for me that it is hard to write a review without telling my life story, and how this information, had I had it to hand, could have abbreviated much gnashing of teeth and wasted years. I recommend it. Wholeheartedly.

It almost feels like once you are aware of your reactivity and your need to go to the balcony you can not unsee that awareness and right there you have already transformed.
Loved the real life examples which were quite effective and well placed.

Short-to-medium, but packed with original and combinatory content, with even the exact co-creators being named by Ury at the end.

Loved listening to Williams wisdom!

Great common sense practices...
We all have the power to reflect but many do not see the advantages referring to it as 'rehashing or dwelling on the past' when in fact this practice strengthens us from within. It is what our mind does naturally when we sleep. So what should we not continue when we are awake. We all have the power to find the happiness we truly seek from within.
