Dr Tim Sharp is a clinical and consulting psychologist with three degrees in psychology and a distinguished career over several decades. He’s Australia’s very own 'Dr Happy' and the founder of The Happiness Institute.

So helpful

I had just listened to an audible book about insomnia by a different author, then this 10-habit series by Dr. Happy. I am so grateful that they both basically emphasized the same tenets, especially CBT. It has been so encouraging to hear him describe his patients Sonia and Paul, and how much I have felt the same struggles— I don’t feel so alone! I’m going to listen again and keep working on better sleep habits. Thank you very much!

it's more then sleep

alot to learn and brought alot of new perspectives in this series. I enjoyed it more than I thought I would.

Prioritize Sleep, and Pratice

I personally have found this podcast. Very helpful. Ig you practice the tips it helps. Your simply have to make the time. To make sleep a priority. ive tried the first 4 tips amd advise. its helped me rest and sleep. Its helped every aspect of my life. aside from this podcast. habits of happiness. Has taken affect and helped me make my life better. So I say defenitly. Give this a try! Remember make time and stay motivated and practice.

Waste of time

I was so frustrated by the tease” soon I will tell you what to do” I couldn’t sleep. Really stupid anyone with a pulse knows sleep is important so repetitious little content could have been episode

Not helpful for me.

I found nothing here that helps me. I have tried most of these techniques to no avail. I really don't have much to say. I certainly hope this helps others, as for me no Buenos.

Almost exactly no value

save yourself from the annoying style of narration and format. the actual content is something that might have been novel in the 1980s. simply read the title of each lesson and you will have already gained it's full value
