I wish many years ago someone had sat me down and told me how EASY it is to influence people...when you have the know how.

Part of me does not want to recommend this, as it will mean more people will have the skills ;) ;)

I have no hesitation whatsoever to call this my non-fiction book of the year. Fascinating and easy to follow.

This helped me career loads when I had it on paperback, so I am very glad to see it finally hit audible.

Second book by Kate miles I have read or listened to. Saw her speak at a conference once I was uber impressed. Loved this book, could not get enough, my wife had to drag me away from listening to it!
