Engaging and Effective
My boyfriend's nephew has been going through a lot of struggles in school. He struggles with self-esteem and self-confidence. However, he has started listening to this audiobook and has found it to be very helpful. He started out slowly but is making progress and I’m hoping it will give him some guidance on changing the way he thinks about himself and about life in general. This is really something I wish all teenagers had back then but I'm glad it's here now to help our teens today!
