Yes! Wonderful starting point or refresher

I found this to be a great refresher and a non-intimidating way to practice meditate even though I'm short on time lately. I don't have time to go to a meditation retreat, but I can pretend I'm at one with this!

Useful

It's a nice way to review again how to meditate, and I'm sure it's helpful for those who have never even meditated yet. Wonderful starting point.

teaches an easy meditation

This audiobook teaches a simple meditation that can be used to meditate every day or can be a starting point for meditation in general. I like the technique and find it useful.

This is a really pleasant, easy going and wonderful way to learn how to meditate at home. I've meditated before, but there are so many ways to do it I don't really do it alone. The guidance helps to get you in the right mindset and steer you in the right direction. Great work.

This is a great way to get back into meditating or learn how to meditate in a simple and easy way. Step by step visuals with a relaxed narration. Puts you at ease and teaches at the same time. Very nice!

good for learning meditation

It's a good meditation for learning or practicing a simple meditation every day. Once you get the hang of it you can even do it without the audiobook. Repetition helps to create a habit of meditation, once that's formed you'll just meditate more and naturally.

It's an easy meditation that can even be memorized and done on your own without assistance. Nice go to meditation if you haven't meditated in a while or want to try meditation to see how it helps you.

C'mon

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

This is the exact same text to different sounds of ocean or lake water. It does not tell you anything about meditation, it's just the same guy reading the same guided imagery. No education and if you don't really like that guided imagery, you are out $12, as I am. VERY disappointed. Wish I could get my money back
Doesn't How to meditate mean more to you? It should be titled One guided imagery to different wave sounds 9 times. Text is always the same.
