surprisingly informativee
so I usually do to do reviews but this was recommended to me by a dear friend who sees me struggling when I shut down she's one of the few that will reacj me she's very pushy lol. I had been struggling a lot with healing my illnesses and maybe live what I perceived as a normal life quote! I was loosing hope but it's been reignited. Great psychological examination and understanding of BPD
I was married to a borderliner for 20 years and this book has been scary how spot on it has explained much of the erratic behavior I had experienced in those 20 years.
