This is so helpful!!
This is a great book for anyone who has been diagnosed with this disorder. Learning about this disorder really helps to deal with what has been going on for years inside a persons mind I’m so happy to finally kear how to cope with my feelings and also how to get help.

Valuable for Everyone
BPD, like DID, has roots in trauma. understanding and treating trauma will impact society in a positive way. Much the same way as germ theory revolutionized healthcare. This book shared enough information where someone with a negative outlook on themselves/ shame over diagnosis may be assuaged.
