Great content for intl professionals

The author is not somebody who is self-aware enough to be teaching anyone anything about being aware of other peoples cultures. The author wants what they want in this book is more about manipulation than about honoring culture.

good 101, but not more
this is a nice introduction to the topic of cultural intelligence. however, if you are familiar with the topic you will be disappointed. The book is full of mundane statements and common knowledge. there is very little here that you don't already know.
