Rather than accepting his own bad habits, Jonathan pragmatically sets about the task of building new behavior chains before breaking old ones.
Over the course of Life in Chains, Jonathan becomes the type of human you just might consider hearing speak in a medium size conference room at the local La Quinta.
Life in Chains leads the listener, with casual disregard, on a journey through behavioral science, psychology, and philosophy.
