Why???? 4/20

The story started off with a bang.... a little slow and repetitive but couldn’t wait to see what happens..... Then WTF🤯😤🤬 why....just WHY was the ending like that???? Made both characters extremely stupid I wanted to through my phone.... but I pushed through it n wish the ending was different..
The narrators were great if they didn’t imitate different genders.. any book with both male/ female narrators r the only ones I listen to

Male narrator sucked

Decent plot but male narrator's imitation of a southern accent was trash. If you can get past that you might actually enjoy the story. You may get annoyed at Lucy and Reese for stubbornly thinking they know what the other person is thinking instead of actually communicating but still a good listen aside from the male narration.

Great story, horrible narration

I thought that this was a great story but the accents were almost unbearable. They tried to do these fake southern accents and when they would change their voice for the other character it was horrible. Fake the time and read the book, don’t bother with listening to it.

This book was really good. I can't wait to read more books from this author.

One of those story lines you think you know but just when you think you've figured it out a juice twist appears!

Narration Ruins The Presentation

Simply put, although the story line is light and fun, the horrendous narration made it difficult for me to finish. Obviously, the characters were supposed to be southern so the narrators should either have southern accents or at the vary least be trained in southern dialect elocution.

Great story...Bad accent

The story is pretty. The only thing that kept me from rating 5 stars was the interpretation of Mr. Sanda’s southern accent and female voice. Unfortunately it was irritating to listen to.

Narration

The narration ruined it for me. The southern accents were so poorly done. If I was from the south, I would be insulted. It over shadowed the story, which was okay.

The. Accents. Are. GARBAGE!!

I can say the book was pretty okay. The story was cute and had its funny moments. BUT the HORRIBLE COUNTRY ACCENTS made me picture overalls, missing teeth, plaid shirts, pet pigs and tractors. I mean I hear the Beverly Hillbillies music in the background.

Great Potential

Pretty good lead up to a little bit of a letdown. He was horribly in the wrong and there was no repentance. She was immature and stupid.
