Acerca de esta escucha

The fourth year at the Imperial Mage Academy brings a new set of challenges for Danny Youngblood. The discovery of a secret organization, the Deepcorp, lurking within the Imperial Palace, casts a long shadow over the Academy. As tensions rise between the Mages and the Corp, a mysterious creature known as the Shadow Crawler emerges, leaving a trail of frozen corpses in its wake.

Accusations fly, friendships are tested, and Danny finds himself at the center of a conspiracy that threatens to tear the Empire apart.

Escalating Tensions

I enjoyed this book as much as the first three books in the series. I admired Danny's perseverance and his loyalty to his friends. I was entertained by the complete story behind the shadow crawler, and I thought it was very creative. I liked how the mystery twisted and curved around very like the body of a snake. I'm looking forward to the next book in the series. I enjoyed Christopher Harbour's narration as his performance was entertaining. I was given a copy of the audiobook. I volunteered, without financial gain, to post this review which reflected my honest opinions regarding this audiobook.

Summoner’s & monsters

Awesome action! Deep characters, great interaction between them. Three factions fighting, the evil one is working against the to good factions against each other. One hero is there to save the empire. He and his friends are working hard at this. I recommend this book for all.

A vortex of secrets, danger, and icy surprises!

Danny’s fourth year at the Academy is a vortex of secrets, danger, and icy surprises, and I loved every minute of it! The tension between Mages and the Corp crackles, and the Shadow Crawler’s chilling mystery kept me hooked. Christopher Harbour’s narration brings every twist to life, making this another fantastic entry in the series!

Five stars

Mage Academy 4: A LitRPG Magic Academy Light Novel (Imperial Summoner), my ninth read from author Kal Griffith. A unique, captivating, page-turning, well-written read leaving you panting for more. Reminiscient in ways of the Harry Potter books. “I received an Audible copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review." The gifting of this book did not affect my opinion of it. Christopher Harbour's narration is perfect for this series, I probably should go out and buy the Kindle editions but his narration is so good I'm willing to wait. I look forward to reading more from this author, with Mage Academy 5: A LitRPG Magic Academy Light Novel (Imperial Summoner) already on my TBR list and will purchase it as soon as available in audio.
