Scott Wozniak has made me raving fan

I've known and respected Scott for several years. I downloaded his audible book, curious if he's a good writer. I was blown away. He tells great stories. He uses humor. The book is so good that I just bought a hard copy of the book, partly to share with my own team, but mostly because there's only so much I can absorb listening when I'm driving. I need to read the book again and take notes.

This book influenced me so much that I started doing some of his ideas even before I finished the book (like texting key clients and friends to encourage them and to make them raving fans.) I've personally gone from being someone privileged to be acquainted with Scott to being a Scott Wozniak Raving Fan.

Brilliant

Few books could claim universal application regardless of organization’s industry, size, etc. This is one of them. It shoes the core of greatness is pretty simple despite conventional thought to the contrary. Simple is not easy. This book still shows how it can be done.

I’ve consumed hundreds of great books and this one seems destined to be a future classic. I highly recommend it.

Excellent Book with Amazing Content

What more is there to say? I initially read the physical book when it was released and I absolutely loved it. In fact, it's inspired me to take steps to even consider growing my business (which may seem like the normal thing to do, but I've been satisfied being a one man operation for a long time now and didn't have plans to grow). I find I'm able to listen to audio books more often than I'm able to read physia books, so I went ahead and added the audio to my collection as well. Every now and then I find a good audio book that I end up essentially putting on repeat. This is one such book.

Incredible!

Run, don’t walk to get this one. Building a customer engine is transformational, and the author gives a play-by-play on how to do it. Bought the hardcover as well for continued reference on the coming years.

Incredible, Articulate, Inspiring

I'm not really a "business guy", but I am a freelancer who cares about his clients. I love how Wozniak explains the customer experience engine in a way that makes sense no matter what kind of business you're in -- even as a freelancer. I'm inspired now to explore ways I can create raving fans as a freelancer. It makes so much more sense to invest energy in a way like this that can self-generate new business because of the quality of experience.
