Fanatic look at anxiety and leadership
As someone who wouldn’t describe myself as anxious, I now know I have some leadership anxiety to work on. Luckily this book also provides tools. I would highly recommend this for anyone who works or serves in a leadership capacity.

Essential skills for life, healing & growth
I was familiar with these concepts but listening to this book was like hearing them in another language which allowed me to absorb them from a different angle.
Calm, yet engaging narration. Author uses personal stories, along with other's situations to make the material, not only understandable, but relatable. It's refreshing to hear a teacher model humility well.
And this book isn't just information. It has very practical suggestions that anyone could implement. Simple, yet challenging.
I'm buying two physical books after this great listen. One for me & another for our church leadership. Worth every penny.
