Easy, tasty and skinny!

Loved the range of recipes. Have tried several in the turned out great. I'm not much of a beef or pork eater, and there were several of those in the book. Red-meat lovers rejoice! Good to read! Thanks!

Excellent book

Excellent book. this book and think that fasting is a good way to ‘cleanse’ and get healthy the right way. I sense the need for discipline whenever I get into the fasting habit and see that it’s slowly beginning to work in my life as well. Highly recommend this book.

Extremely Good

I was in search of a good book about how, to begin with, the diet form of intermittent fasting and I have to admit that this book fills up all of my expectations. Is appears there are many benefits of intermittent fasting aside from losing weight.

Very helpful audible

I like this for everyday use to get a mindset about weight loss that feels natural and got a lot of helpful mini habits. My usual thought process about food isn't so much healthy as it is for pleasure.

This feeling is amazing

This feeling is amazing. I immediatly noticed at the beginning that every time I listened to the meditation, I ended up with a smile on my face. After one month of daily listening, paired with a healthy diet and 10k steps per day, I lost 4 of the 15kg I have to lose to attain my ideal weight. And Ive been trying for more than 5 years to start a diet. Now I mostly listen to the affirmations to support my motivation to be healthier

This is a well explained piece that seems to automatically speak to the subconscious mind. I found it to be an easy way to trick the brain into wanting exercise and healthier foods. That alone has helped me lose weight faster
