L'attention est focalisée sur sa respiration, sur son corps et sur sa posture. Des images sont suggérées comme celle de la corde d'un violoncelle qui ne doit être ni trop tendue, ni trop lâche, ou une fleur de lotus qui plonge ses racines dans le bas du corps et s'épanouit imaginairement dans le cœur. On synchronise les battements du cœur et le souffle : le comptage permet la cohérence cardiaque. Le scan des zones du visage et du corps vise à prendre conscience des tensions qui nouent le corps et à les déstresser.
2. Méditation guidée : Pour ouvrir son cœur et donner imaginairement à son corps la forme d'un fuseau plutôt que celle d'un sablier.
On transforme ses énergies négatives pour en faire un don altruiste, ouvrir son cœur et détendre les tensions au niveau de la poitrine. On fait descendre l'énergie de la tête vers le cœur et on fait monter l'énergie du bas du corps vers la poitrine. On ferme les points haut et bas et on donne au corps une forme de fuseau en gonflant le cœur. On transforme ainsi le corps de sablier en fuseau.
3. Méditation guidée : Narine ouverte et narine fermée - le souffle, le corps, le bonheur, les sensations, l'esprit et le monde.
Pour équilibrer les deux parties du corps, on se sert de la respiration qui passe différemment par chacune des narines : une narine est ouverte et l'autre un peu fermée. L'attention au souffle permet de rééquilibrer nos deux demi-corps. Après l'observation de notre souffle, on observe notre bonheur, nos sensations, notre conscience : on va les apaiser et goûter notre calme intérieur.
4. Méditation guidée : Les roues dentées pour sentir le souffle - le scan corporel pour égaliser les sensations.
En imaginant que deux roues dentées tournent en même temps que le souffle, on visualise les mouvements du corps et on entend le bruit de l'engrenage. On pousse le milieu du dos pour ouvrir le cœur. On abandonne les extrêmes pour concentrer l'énergie vers le milieu des membres et décharger les articulations. On passe au scan de la conscience toutes les parties du corps pour homogénéiser les sensations.
5. Méditation guidée : La posture du corps - la colonne - les mains - le visage - le nez - la langue - le comptage du souffle naturel - la félicité - la vacuité.
Le point à la base du nez permet de détendre le visage. L'attention est ensuite portée sur la position de la colonne, de la langue, des mains, etc... On expérimente une méthode pour compter le souffle naturel et y ajouter des paroles, les yeux ouverts. Par des arrêts respiratoires, on fait germer une graine de lotus pour faire monter l'énergie du bassin au cœur et à la tête pour sentir la félicité et la vacuité.
