No longer distracted.
Quite an outstanding book here that my daughter can benefit from. She can be furious at times when she gets distracted so easily when all she wanted to do is focused. I’m confident she will gain much from this.

With useful exercises.
While it’s not that perfect, the exercises I have heard will keep me from being distracted, store information and get more things done. It’s a wonder others can get themselves to concentrate at will, anytime and anywhere they want.
