A MUST READ!

As a business owner, I have had difficulty balancing the stressors of work and personal life.
This book has given me tremendous insight into creating a more positive and realistic perspective on life.
The chapters 'Overthinking' and 'Mindfulness' have helped me realize how my current state of thinking has been non-productive or even destructive at times.

The concepts in this book are something we all need to embrace to reduce stress, declutter our minds, and generally live a happier life.
I read the book and am very excited to now have the audible version to listen to on my commute to work regularly!

Very informative. Once you start listening the book, you are compelled to finish it. I enjoyed the simplicity and great information that I didn't hear about before. Waiting for more from the writer. Highly recommended!!

Full of great information...

I've read/listened to many self help books regarding mental health, but this one is one of my favorites. This book is very well written. To attain mental peace, you must understand it first. I liked the way the author communicated that and the other topics. A lot of great tips on how to declutter your mind and reduce anxiety, as well as how to live a mentally healthy lifestyle. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking to improve their mental wellbeing!

A Book That Travels with You

Hello. This is Tammy Gallagher the author of Mental Health-Mental Peace. In my 30s I went through a difficult divorce and found myself in an unhealthy mental state. I went through therapy and meditated every day for hours just to get through it. I realize that mental health takes work and determines everything in your life.

As a functional nutrition and lifestyle practitioner, I see repeatedly physical issues that are manifestations of poor mental health as well. I authored this book because I feel it can help everyone keep their mental health as it should be, so they have mental peace and prosperity. I hope you enjoy it, and most importantly, I hope it helps you or a loved one throughout your journey.

Loved this book!

Out of all the audiobooks I’ve listened to on self help/mental health, this has been the most useful. It’s well-written and the narrator has a calming voice. This is one I’ll be back to listen to again. Reducing stress is a big priority to me and this book provides great insight, super helpful advice, and actions that you can take immediately to calm your fears and reduce your stress and anxiety while becoming more mindful for long-term happiness. Highly recommend!

A wise Author, Indeed.

Like most important things, mental health needs our attention, but we can easily neglect it and leave it to its own devices! I heard wonderful reminders of the way to be. Such as, The better our mental health the happier and healthier we’ll be, so it's worth paying attention to our minds- Imagine you’ve already reached your goal, it helps you get there- Don’t overthink things-Comfort zones, and so much more. I found myself shouting, “Yeah”, out loud more than once! Everything in our body, mind, and life, is connected and they work together. Period!!!

I’m happier I crossed paths with this author's book. Every line was worth listening to. There’s no idle talk.

Certainly Need this audiobook now

It's a very stressful time in the world and for myself. The world if we watch the news is falling apart and I decided to take a big risk and start my own business in this time of uncertainty. I use books like this one to calm me down and refocus my attention on what matters, I buy lots of these books and they generally have the same message but its one that needs re-iterating or I just fall back into my stressful habits. Meditation is key and focusing on the mind and not letting those imaginary horribles get the better of you.

Guidebook on mental peace

I really like the chapter on overthinking. I find myself struggling with that all the time. I don't know why, but sometimes I just can't seem to shut my brain off and I think through the same situation a million different times. But of course, I'm not dwelling on all the ways that situation could turn out in a really positive way. No, I'm thinking through all the worst possible ways that situation could play out. This book gave me some good strategies to overcome that and achieve mental peace.

A complete and best guide for mental health. The author has covered many areas of mental health and shown how to come over or cope with the illness.
