slow story, virtual voice suckd!

the story is slow moving and the narration makes it difficult to listen to. mispronunciation of words- PI does not mean pi the mathematical turn but P.I. as in private investigate, latte is jot pronounced latter but lot-aong sounding A. no inflection and if I wanted a 1 tone voice I'd have read it myself. BORING!!!

Digital voice is awful

The storyline in the first book was slow and kind of ridiculous how she thought her sleuthing would go unnoticed by her detective boyfriend. Not to mention, she was a horrible sleuth and awful at questioning. But the awfulness could have been partly because the digital voice is terrible with no inflection or emotion. I love these kinds of series, but not sure I’ll listen past the first one. And I likely will never listen to another series with a digital voice again.

Meredith Potts 8-Book Cozy Mystery Set was a great read by Meredith Potts. This boxed set consists of; Chocolates with a Side of Murder; Fame is a Killer; Chocolate, Clues, and Catastrophe; College Can Be Murder; The Last Frontier of Murder; Deadpan Murder; Killer Amnesia; and Murder in Happy Creek. Chocolate with a Side of Murder: A Daley Buzz Cozy Mystery was a great read by Meredith Potts. Sabrina still is haunted by her sister's disappearance that happened ten years ago. She still hopes that they will find out what happened to her sister. Unfortunately, Sabrina finds a dead body in the alley behind the coffee shop. The police don't seem to have any leads or get any closer to finding out who killed the man. Fame is a Killer was a good read by Meredith Potts. Hope Hadley is a Hollywood actress who just found out that her show was cancelled and her boyfriend broke up with her. But then her ex-boyfriend turns up dead and she investigates his murder to clear her name. Chocolate, Clues, and Catastrophe was a good read by Meredith Potts. This was another good quick read by the author. Melody Clue is a private investigator who has seen many crazy things. Someone in her hometown of Majestic Cove has hired her for a suspected infidelity. She finds many secrets hidden in her hometown. College Can Be Murder by Meredith Potts was a good read. This was a good quick read. It follows an investigator who is investigating the disappearance of a college student. The Last Frontier of Murder by Meredith Potts was a good read. Things are finally going good with Andrea. That is until her boyfriend Jake is found dead. Deadpan Murder by Meredith Potts was a good quick read. Poppy finds her best friend Lara murdered. Killer Amnesia by Meredith Potts was a good read. Melanie is a Private Investigator who finds a mysterious woman who has amnesia. I enjoyed reading Melanie investigating what happened to this woman. Murder in Happy Creek by Meredith Potts was another good read. Rose is a retired secretary who is still grieving her husbands unexpected death. Only things get weird when her old boss turns up dead. She has to help the detective.

College Can Be Murder, my thirty-second read from author Meredith Potts. A cute, well-written clean cozy mystery & even though the ultimate ending was given away in the first quarter of the book it was still an enjoyable read.
