A Great Resource

I listened to this audiobook because I wanted to drink less alcohol but still enjoy social events. I wasn’t ready to completely quit, but I wanted to see if cutting back would make me feel better. The book gave me really simple tips that made it easier. One of my favorites was finding fun mocktail recipes. I tried a few at home, and they were delicious! It made me realize I didn’t need alcohol to enjoy a good drink. I would recommend it !

Must get!

If you struggle with alcohol, then this book is a must. It has absolutely everything. It explains to you what happens to the body when you struggle with alcohol, it gives you strategies to navigate social events, it has a lot of great recipes to make mocktails that are easy and yummy to make, and it even guides you to stay on the budget. I recommend it even if you want to lead a healthier life.
