Surprisingly Great!

Would you listen to Nine Minutes again? Why?

Probably not, as I do not usually re-listen. There are some parts that are hard to stomach and would not want to experience them again.

What did you like best about this story?

That for a short novel, there is still a lot of character development and substance to the story. Kept me wanting to listen.

What does Monique Makena bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Great voice acting, much more entertaining than reading, and I can experience the story while multitasking! Monique was definitely a great narrator for the story, pleasant to listen to.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I'm sure I laughed a couple of times, I did not cry, but there were definitely some sad moments. I felt anger, love, fear, and disgust at times, sometimes all at once. I definitely had a love/hate relationship with more than one character.

Any additional comments?

I was shocked that I enjoyed this story as much as I did. Kind of brutal at times, and I typically don't shy away from this, but some parts were hard to listen to. I am not sure how I feel about the ending, it leaves you hanging as to what the main character is thinking/feeling when all is revealed. Kind of feels like there needs to be a sequel, but not sure there is enough substance for that. I guess it is left up to the listener/reader to imagine how she would react.

this book is literally one of a kind.. i was team grunt then grizz then just mindblown several times.. i can honestly say this book has messed with my mind to the point of turmoil. I highly highly suggest you pick this series up, but fair warning you will never be the same.. TEAMGrizz!

Could not quit listening

This one had me not wanting to take my headphones off. Can’t wait to start the next book.

This is my first book by Beth Flynn and it won't be my last. She did such an outstanding job writing this MC story. I loved Grizz, Grunt and Kit and all the secondary characters. There is an OMG ending which is why I am going to get the second book immediately after this review. Buy this book now, you will not be disappointed.

Whoa. This book was an incredible pleasant surprise

I can't say much because there is so much fun to the twists and turns of this book. All I can say is read this. This author is incredible. Best book I have read in a year (and I read every day)

Most amazing series ever

Where does Nine Minutes rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I’m an addict for audio books. I’m writing this review after reading the whole series. I gave it 5 Stars when I finished the first book. After 3 years and the 3rd and final book in the series I give it 10 Stars. I thought the story was over after the first book. I was so wrong! This writing was grabbed me like no other. The rtevelations and the story line was just impressive. I will read anything this author ever writes...over and over again,

Love Grizz

This is my favorite MC romance series. I have listened to them and also I have read and reread them several times. Grizz will always be my favorite bad boy biker.

Highly underrated MUST READ! So good!

I've had a book hangover since I've finished.

This book had me from chapter one. It was different and well written. I really appreciated that even though the book had dark subject matter the author didn't go into great detail describing the events. I'm not really a fan of dark romance and I was leery with this book, but I was held captive. I was so intransed that as soon as I finished I bought the ebook for book two and devoured it. That was big for me, as I only do audiobooks. Fingers crossed that Out of time will release on audible soon.
