Toco entonces el timbre de tu casa, digo buenos días y te invito a abrir este manual, que está lleno de consejos, propuestas prácticas, datos útiles y muchísimas cosas más. Quiero que sea uno de esos libros que uno ve en la biblioteca familiar y se nota que han sido muy leídos. Que lo sientas cercano, que sus tips te resulten infalibles. Que lo tengas a mano y lo consultes todo el tiempo. Subrayalo, tomá nota, hacete preguntas y preguntame. Que leer sea casi lo mismo que hacer. Todo lo que veas acá es el resultado de muchos años de práctica de la medicina en el ámbito académico, en el hospital y en el consultorio. También de algún tiempo en los medios de comunicación. Esta es una invitación a hacer el clic, a generar pequeños cambios cotidianos que van a producir grandes resultados. Te propongo que revises tus hábitos. Que examines cómo es un día en tu vida. Decite la verdad: acá nadie te va a juzgar. Lo que sí vas a encontrar es un plan. Para dejar de fumar. Para empezar a caminar. Para hacer, si querés, tu propia huerta (y no te voy a hablar de dietas porque no, las prohibiciones nunca funcionan). Para aprender a descansar bien. Para conectarte con vos mismo. Anotate la fecha porque hoy es el día en que comienza tu revolución saludable. De a poco, pero con constancia. Sin sufrir, sin pasarla mal. Y sin claudicar.
