Great resource with new ideas

I thoroughly enjoyed this book! I was pleasantly surprised with several new ideas and evidence based research to help improve mental resilience without pharmaceutical intervention. I will definitely be rereading this book and am excited to begin implementing Chris’s ideas to strengthen my own mental health.

Loved it

Well researched. Plenty of poignant, relevant examples that are easy to relate to. Loved the practical, day to day tips for taking control of my own health.

Great book!

Author Christopher Pierce did his research for this book. Great information with sources. The tips and exercises explained throughout will be tried and used.

Audio: fantastic narration with great pace and tempo. Did not find the narration to be boring and sleep inducing.

Must read/listen!
