Oh, my heart!
I don’t think there’s any author whose stories tug at my heartstrings like Paige’s. The plot is somewhat similar to This Summer Will Be Different, but with all due respect to the great Carley Fortune, Paige’s book was more interesting and much more emotional.

So good!
I really enjoyed this book. Lots of angst and love mixed with some grief, but overall it was just beautiful. The narrator was also wonderful. I would definitely recommend this story!

The romance hit I wanted
Unaware of anything Paige Toon, I bought this book on the recommendation of a friend. Within the first two chapters, I was sucked in like a sock in a vacuum. This love story is told in two timelines (one of my favorite styles) where the story is slowly revealed through time passing, and clues from present day. Finn and Liv meet as young adults, carefree, with the beach as their backdrop (cue a little Point Break). Finn lives in LA and Liv lives in Cornwall. It’s the book you want to read about young love over years, miles, and heartache.

Amazing
Such a beautiful story. This one really tugged at my heart strings. Very well written. I will definitely check out this author’s other books.

Boring
I don’t know why I didn’t DNF this. Bored throughout the whole book. Probably returning to get my credit back.
