Amazing story

I love everything KC has written and this one do not disappoint. I loved everything about it and the mentions of characters from previous books. I love the idea that all of these stories exist in the same world and that they can run into each other or become friends.

My favorite writer! Uplifting and Funny

Katherine Center has done it again! Hands down my favorite writer. I love the way she weaves in truths, quirky, vulnerability, heart and laughter in her stories. Her characters feel real and relatable. Anytime I need a pick me up, she’s my go to. Highly recommend.

Katherine Center NEVER disappoints

Every time I read a KC book I am convinced it is my favorite and then I read another. I love a good love story but what I love more is HOPE. Thank you for always sharing a book of HOPE that I can actually listen to in front of my kids. This is a must read!

Such a cute romance

Charlie and Emma’s relationship was hilarious. Loved her dad too. Just a really good feel-good romance. Love the author. Have read several of her books. And the narrator did a great job.

Catherine Center does it again. Loved iit and cannot wait for her next book. Thankful for a romcom without the steam.

A Rom-Com within a Rom-Com

Loved the story, narration, and the idea of it - talking a cynic into the value of love, when it’s much easier to be a cynic, to not go there. The last 2 chapters killed as in Katherine Center went there, fully, all out, with wisdom, convincing the reader if they’d forgotten, what is of value.
Patti Murin and Therese Plummer are my favorite readers, too.
I liked getting a bonus chapter, understood it was best left out of the story because it would’ve diluted the tension.
And I loved Katherine’s Afterward, mentioning all the books, saved stories and creatives who helped her with this story. 👏🏻

Loved this

I really liked this book. The story was long, but didn’t drag out like other books. The back-and-forth dialogue between the characters was wonderful. There was a great mix of tension, frustration and disappointment, along with happiness thrown in along the way. I highly recommend this book.

Laughter amongst the love story

I finished this book in record time. I loved that I laughed throughout the book.

Loved my first Katherine Center book!!

This was a great book - I thought the narration was really good. This book had me cackling out loud. Several times!!

I really enjoyed Emma as a character, I felt like I saw myself in her a lot which helped me really relate to her. I loved the dynamic between Emma and her sister. It reminded me of the relationship that I have with my sister, so that made me smile. I definitely grew to like Charlie however…he definitely frustrated me multiple times throughout the book. I felt like he could’ve just used his words to say what he really meant and he often thought he knew what was best for him and Emma which made me mad at some points.

I will definitely be reading more from Katherine Center!
