I took a bunch of notes.
This book scratches the surface as to many of the issues and the process of representing Buyers and Sellers in short sale transactions. I've taken formal courses on short sales, but this book makes the short sale process easier to understand.

great easy read. good for this wanting to learn short sale process. the author and narrator are great. makes it easy to follow and understand the info presented.

Great book
I love what she does and her tenacity and passion in such a niche market that obviously takes discipline and urgent patience.
