What your parent should have taught you,but probably didn't know. The delivery is terse and crass at times, but the message rings true.

Some good info

The author definitely contradicts himself, this is the third book I read. There are some useful information in this book, not all advices are good. He keeps implying that men are simple, but the way he explains their mentality makes it look like they are even more complicated than I thought. Just learn what you need to know and leave the rest out.

I LOVED THIS BOOK….Like ALL of G.L.Lambert’s books. It’s about self reflection and self love in a really raw way of delivering the message. And I love that he holds no punches. This book is for the ready.

He gives you the secrets of life. Which some of us specifically are lacking and we need someone to help us because we were not taught certain things from childhood. This book is brutally honest. And some people may think that he’s being extreme as we can’t imagine that men are really this way, but he is speaking about things that are never spoken of. we need to understand and accept these traits of men because it just is what it is and then we can begin to move forward. Regarding Men, it’s never really personal. Don’t take this stuff personal. it’s just the way they’re programmed. This book can heal a life’s worth of trauma and heartache. Pick yourself Up and move forward, intelligently and your entire life will change. It’s mind blowing the instant change that you notice.
