Millions of years of evolution had been compressed into laboratory test tube months. The aerial carnivore developed the Liger Syndrome, and with its growth inhibitor gene disabled, the killer’s size and appetite accelerated exponentially.
Protein comes in many forms and the fast-breeding predator rapidly developed a taste for human flesh.
Humans were to become the new farmed animal – bred for food.
