Lots and lots of characters and storylines!

Tracey Llewellyn does an excellent job with voices and accents! I did enjoy the story but there were almost too many characters and storylines to keep track of and I'm not sure she brought it all together at the end. Like the silversmith that got trampled, why follow that rabbit and then leave so much unwritten? Overall it was good though. An enjoyable listen for the most part.

Inconclusive

After listening to all three books in the Series I’m at a loss. Many of the stories are unfinished and as they went along jumped around which made it difficult when new people were introduced and had to connect who they were. I liked the books but wish there had been more cohesiveness and wasn’t left with as many unanswered questions of the many characters stories that were still not finished. What happened to the mother and the boy with the little baby. Who were the people that the Indian man was talking about the mysteries of how the time travel began.

Fun and Entertaining

This series is so much fun in the way the characters are so intertwined. I'm left with wanting to know more at the end of each book. However, it does take some time to figure out what year each section takes place, as it isn't revealed too early. Overall, these are an easy and pleasant listen.

Great book!

The book was filled with excitement and mystery. It was a fun series. I listed to each book twice and wished of going back in time.

Good but.....

the first 2 books were much easier to follow, this book had way too many segways into the other characters and not enough primary character content and has left way too many questions.

Fantastic.

I hated it was over. I enjoyed the whole trilogy and couldn't wait to get to the next one after one ended

Sad it’s over

Loved it. A little choppy in second book. Wish so many people would of not died. Like her friend Patricia and what happened to the Indian rasha son. He must of been olive complected.

Hard to get Into it

Although we are following some of the same characters from the last book, this one skips around a bit too much and is gory in death descriptions. Overall, a good book, but not one I would buy again.

Interesting listen but..

I liked these books for the most part, the time traveling aspect always makes for an interesting read. However, my complaint about this series is there was entirely too many characters and story lines for each, with only a few of them reaching full circle and the connections revealed, while the rest remained a complete mystery, leaving you to wonder why on Earth the author included it, as many seemed to serve no purpose to the overall story. It should have remained focused on the main character and her surrounding family & connections. There were at least 5 other separate story lines with other characters, and most never fully finished, leaving the reader hanging, wondering what the connection was and what happened to them. Narration was good though, so that helped. Wish you could award 1/4 stars, as I would have given the story itself maybe a 3.75, almost 4.
