Diving deeply into self!
I greatly appreciated how the author was able to find himself in the darkest moments of life and come out carrying his own light!
Through relinquishing control of the world and finding control of himself he has been able to spread that light to the world.

Bought this to share with the men in my life, and keeping a copy for myself. Not only is Christopher's story relatable, it's inspirational, and a must read for anyone who has experienced any difficulties in life.
