Because of this book, my entire real estate investment business is based on BRRRR! The hardest part is finding the deals but once that is accomplished then it is on. This book will teach you the ins and outs of BRRRR and why in my opinion it is the greatest start-up investment strategy there is. Also, the tax benefits are incredible. Thank You
