Really informative book!!!

I was very satisfied when I purchased this book. I found the explanations very clear and straightforward. I also liked that it contained no math formulas, also the Carnivore Diet book! it will be very useful I think because it was for me. Absolutely Good.

The author is honest and straight forward to the reader. Good references provided if you want to do more research on your own. Great suggestion and great recipes, lays out exactly what you need. I mean it’s basically animal and water. Plenty of helpful information so I would recommend this book to all for a Carnivore diet.
