The world of Rale is being consumed by Nolost, the entity of destruction.

I'm going to miss my character friends.

A great culmination to an amazing series. After years I will hate to think that I never get to see my character buddies again, but I also worry that dragging them back out to save the world again would be exhausting. I'm eager to see what the author comes out with next.

The journey’s end

I started on these series back in 2018. I was very excited to read the last book and sad to see it end. I think it is very much worthwhile end. I wish the author gave Dante an extra half a page at the end it was rather confusing almost like an afterthought.

My favorite ending of an Epic series!!!

Dante and Blays are one of the best duos in literary history. Who knew that adding a third wheel would make the banter even better. One of the best endings I’ve read to an epic tail. Up there with the ending of The Wheel of Time and the original Mistborn trilogy.

Dante and Blaze are my favorite set of characters ever.

I cannot emphasize how much I enjoyed the **spoiler** at the very end of the end with Dante.

Amazing story masterful narration.

series. I hope there will be more coming along.

A Fitting end

Hope this is the end. It feels correct. I have been through every book. While a few felt muddy this one was excellent.

pretty fun last book

full honesty I still have 9 hours left to listen to but at this point the audio could cut to silence and I'd still give this book a good rating. I'm still confused why the momentum stalled our so much in book 9 though, I hope something in the last part helps tie that together more for me, but even if it doesn't this has been a fun ride

Over half a Decade of listening

I’ve listened to this series from the Cycle of Arawn through all 10 books of the Cycle of Galand (and relistened to many along the way). There are certainly some points where the writing is a bit abrupt, or plot holes pop up, but it is an excellent fantasy story overall.

This isn’t a story heavy on character development, introspection, or themes. It is a plot-driven story of a sorcerer, a swordsman, and their various friends exploring worlds, fighting undead, demons, and gods, and finding interesting ways to get out of the situations they find themselves in.

It was enjoyable enough for me to get to Book 10, so give it a shot!
