I enjoyed every minute of these books. I am most definitely a fan of Mr. Browning. I think I caught a few nods of the East Coast variant fight. This is a must listen!

Cringing at the end
it was a good story with good characters. but I barely made it to the end of the audiobook I almost went out and bought the paperback because I could no longer stand the narrator. it was like nails on the chalkboard at the end when the narrator was raise his octave every time anything exciting happened whether it was very little or if it was bad it was almost like a whining teenager 24 hours a day. I don't think I could ever listen to this guy again. would be nice to hear this from RC Bray or even Ray Porter.

Worth it!
If you like survival stories, you’ll like these books. The narrator is awesome! I’d definitely read (listen) to more books by this author. Especially if narrated by Pinchot.

Really good!
This series is outstanding. As an animal lover, I very much enjoyed Shrek and his adventures with Carver. The zombies in this series are different than others, which I enjoyed. I highly recommend this to preppers and military sci-fi readers.

great listen
I really enjoyed this box set! The variants evolving was quite interesting and disturbing. The narrator did a great job. And I have to admit that Spector's chapter made me cry. It was so touching.

Great series
If you’re looking for a good post apocalyptic series this is a good one to listen to. The character development is good it’s deep but it’s not too deep where you get forward with one character. The author does a very good job of moving around from characters to characters to describe different perspectives and points of view for what’s going on in the book. Never really any boring points a lot of continual action not many laws in the story. Would definitely like to continue to read more of this series if the storyline. However he brought the storyline to a nice salad and in my opinion.

Just for the narration...
I havent even finished this but felt the need to write a review. So far, I like the story. I like the changes in point of view through the different characters. I really like the narration. I've not heard Pinchot narrate a story before but this has got to be the best I've heard.

Great writing, terrible performance.
This series is amazing but hard to listen to. I am left frustrated because while I desperately want to listen to the the story, it is butchered by the current performer. He does a good job on the dogs role but EVERYTHING else is awful.RC Bray should read this and bring life/depth to the characters.
