For an Infection story, it was….different

It’s a pretty unique take on the whole infection-zombie storyline. The ending isn’t my favorite, but overall it’s a good book.

What a gem!

Don't miss this trilogy. It's one of the best in the genre. Fresh and different. I loved every moment. Well done to Mr DiLouie and the narrator.

Great story line

I really like world war Z so this book was suggested to me. I loved this book and the story line. The performance of the narrator was pretty good too. I’m genuinely sad the book is over but thought it was all tied up well!

Fantastic. Goes in directions you won't expect.

Hooked the entire way through. So glad I gave this series a chance. Went in a lot of directions I did not expect.

An interesting take on a zombie-like apocalypse

A solid apocalyptic story with a twist on the classic infection/zombie genre with diverse cast of characters.

I liked it …. Then I started to struggle

The beginning hooked me and it was definitely heading somewhere… I really am a big zombie fan then monsters showed up it got a little difficult for me..

I found that I didn’t really care so deeply about the characters and honestly was waiting for the series to end.

Okay the positive… it’s a different take on an apocalypse and pretty imaginative story.. if you have the energy and time listen to the whole series.

Not what I expected but really good

I was expecting your typical zombie tale and would have happily indulged til the end however this book pleasantly surprised me and was different. It was slightly hard to follow the characters only because of the officer titles, nicknames, first names, and last names being swapped so throughout the story. I was able to grasp who was who by the end of book 2 so that was my only negative. The storyline was good. You don’t just get zombies but a plethora of infected. Without giving anything away, it’s definitely a good read, likable characters, and action packed.
The narrator was also good.
The end is open so I feel like there could be more to come and I’d read it!

Was so excited to listen

Terribly disappointed and unable to return for credit. This was not what I had hoped for. Kudos to everyone who enjoyed.

Great story

Different than any other zombi story. Loved every minute and especially the ending. A total surprise.
